When Revealed: Either each player must discard the character he controls with the fewest hit points to remove all damage from one character he controls, or add Cull the Weak to the victory display and each player must deal 3 damage to a hero he controls.

The weak are viewed as a hindrance by the outlaws. Will you defend the weakest among you or give in to the idea that only the strong should survive?
