You are playing Campaign Mode.

Setup: The players have earned the Curse of Morgoth burden. Attach Curse of Morgoth and Greatness Is In You to a hero. Add Not So High Is Your Destiny to the staging area. Shuffle For Good or For Ill into the encounter deck.

Resolution: Add Curse of Morgoth to the campaign pool. If there are 3 or more victory points in the victory display, add Greatness Is In You to the campaign pool. If there are 0 victory points in the victory display, add Not So High If Your Destiny to the campaign pool. If there are 1 or 2 victory points in the victory display, add For Good or For Ill to the campaign pool. Victory points from player cards do not count for this purpose.
