While attached to a hero, counts as a Title and Condition attachment with the text:

“Attached hero cannot have restricted attachments. Forced: When a resource token would be discarded from your Food objective, deal 1 damage to attached hero instead and discard Protector of the Pies.”

When Revealed: Attach to the hero with the most restricted attachments.
