Out of nowhere, a giant Troll appears, mounted by a raging Orc. You are glad the fearless Dwarf is on your side now.

When Revealed: The first player takes control of Eroc (and his attachments) as an ally. Add Chieftain of the Trollriders to the staging area. Make Troll Desolation the active location, returning any previous location to the staging area. Remove all Weapon objectives not attached to Eroc from the game. Shuffle the encounter discard pile into the encounter deck and reveal 1 encounter card per player.

Chieftain of the Trollriders cannot take damage unless there are at least 10 progress tokens on this stage.

Forced: If no enemy was added to the staging area during the staging step, discard cards from the top of the encounter deck until an enemy is discarded. Add that enemy to the staging area.

The players cannot defeat this stage while there are enemies in play. If the players defeat this stage, they win the game.
