It's not safe to remain in the Shire with Falaїn's message, so you head out, hoping to lose your enemies on the road.

Setup: Prepare the Overbourn Marshes quest deck (see insert). The first player takes control of Robin Smallburrow. Make Overbourn Marshes the active location. Add Dragaz to the staging area. Shuffle the encounter deck.

Dragaz contributes his to the total in the staging area, even when engaged with a player.

When Overbourn Marshes is explored, remove all encounter cards (all cards in play and all cards in the encounter deck, discard pile, and victory display) from the game. Then, advance to stage 2.
